These Terms of Service explain how we work with you when you hire us for concrete services. By choosing SkyBase Miramar Concrete for your project, you agree to these terms. We want to make sure you understand what to expect from us and what we need from you to deliver great results.

Our Services

We provide professional concrete services in Miramar, FL and the surrounding areas. This includes driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, decorative concrete, and more. When you request a quote, we'll visit your property to assess the project and give you a fair price. Once you accept our quote, we'll schedule your project based on availability and weather conditions.

Project Quotes and Pricing

Your quote is based on the scope of work we discuss during our initial consultation. The price covers labor, materials, and standard site preparation. If we discover unexpected issues during the project (like unstable soil or drainage problems), we'll let you know right away and discuss any additional costs before moving forward.

We require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due when the project is completed. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.

Your Responsibilities

To help us do our best work, we need you to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area
  • Remove or protect any items near the work site
  • Ensure pets are secured during work hours
  • Inform us of any underground utilities or sprinkler systems
  • Let us know about any property restrictions or HOA requirements

Weather and Scheduling

Concrete work depends on good weather. If rain, extreme heat, or other weather conditions could affect the quality of your project, we may need to reschedule. We'll always communicate with you about any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Your concrete project is covered by our workmanship warranty, which protects against defects in installation. However, concrete can crack over time due to settling, extreme weather, or improper maintenance. We'll explain proper care and maintenance when your project is complete.

Our warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or acts of nature. If you have concerns about your completed project, contact us within 30 days so we can address any issues.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may result in a partial deposit forfeit to cover our costs. Changes to the project scope after work has begun may require additional charges and could affect the timeline.

Liability and Insurance

SkyBase Miramar Concrete is fully insured. We take safety seriously and follow all local building codes. If any damage occurs to your property during our work, our insurance will cover it. We ask that you review and approve the work area before we start to help prevent any misunderstandings.
